  • Once a courier marks the order as “delivered,” Ekameva Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • For damaged or lost packages, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product, along with proof of purchase.
